Ideas for refilling our cups seem to be everywhere, from T-shirt slogans to social media posts, bumper stickers, and coasters. With such abundant access to self-care products and recommendations, how do so many women find themselves frustrated instead of refueled?
Iā€™ve heard clients and friends alike express frustration at the lack of significant or lasting benefits after committing to regular self-care practices for a time. Thereā€™s a good reason for this!
